Health & Wellness
Our health and wellness benefits are intended to not only provide the important insurance coverage you need, when you need it but also help you manage, improve and maintain your health and well-being.
You have the opportunity to enroll in a traditional Point of Service plan where you are able to obtain services from participating and non-participating providers. Mountainside covers 80% of the monthly premium for the medical insurance. Employee’s portion of the premium is deducted on a pre-tax basis.
Our dental program allows for dental services in-network and out-of network. You have access to a national network of preferred providers. Although you are not required to use these providers, benefits are enhanced when selecting providers within the preferred network.
Group Term Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Our Group Life Insurance policy provides for $20,000 worth of Life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. This policy is paid for 100% by Mountainside.
Voluntary Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Employees have the opportunity to purchase additional Life and AD&D options for themselves, spouse and child(ren) with the convenience of payroll deductions.
Flexible Spending Accounts
We offer two types of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). A health care FSA allows you to set aside a portion of your earnings, on a pre-tax basis, to pay for qualified medical expenses. A dependent care FSA allows you to do the same for qualified dependent day care expenses.
Employee Referral Program
Refer a friend and/or family member for a position within Mountainside and if they are hired, you’ll receive up to $1,500 referral bonus after your referral completes three months of service.

Paid Time Off

Our Paid Time Off program allows you to manage and maximize your time away from work. You directly control a total block of paid time off, including vacation, sick and personal time. The amount of paid time off available each year is based on several factors, including your years of service.
