Gabrielle Wynschenk

Gabrielle is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Family Therapy degree. She is experienced in couples therapy, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and addiction treatment. Gabrielle merges her family systems background with her passion for addiction treatment to best serve clients’ needs. She feels strongly about improving treatment outcomes by involving families in the recovery process. Gabrielle implements interventions from Narrative Therapy to assist her clients in reauthoring their stories of self, where shame and other problems no longer take control of their lives or relationships. She also utilizes Bowenian Family Therapy with clients to balance the forces of togetherness and individuality to establish healthier relational dynamics. In her spare time, Gabrielle enjoys hiking with her dogs, listening to music, and creating ceramic art.
