We welcome you to join the Mountainside community and participate in a variety of events from game nights to art lessons. These events are open to everyone, whether you are in recovery or not.

Open Mic Night

FIRST FRIDAY EACH MONTH

7:30 – 9:00 PM (Eastern)

Open Mic Night is back by popular demand, and now, you can enjoy it from the comfort of your home. Each time is a unique roster of performances: music, poetry, spoken word, dance, comedy, improv, storytelling, or others.  Got a talent?  Well, come and show it off!

Mini Master Class: The Art of Storytelling

Everyone has a story to tell. Learn how to tell YOUR story in this mini master class led by Gail Thomas, a storyteller and storytelling coach. This class will introduce you to basic storytelling principles, narrative structure, and sensorial detail to explore the depth and humor of your life experiences.
