Lakeesha has extensive experience in broad human resources functions, specializing in employment law and employee engagement. As our Vice President of Human Resources, she has been instrumental in realigning department practices to be more efficient, modern, and client-focused. An agile leader, Lakeesha supports the company’s growth while empowering staff to provide Best in Class service.

Alexandra is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and an Advanced Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor. She holds a Master of Science in Counselor Education, with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Alexandra has also completed basic training for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Alexandra has 13 years of experience in the substance abuse field in both a clinical and administrative capacity. As Chief Clinical Officer at Mountainside she is charged with creating a true integrative health and evidence-based model of treatment. With a strong understanding of client needs, she develops and oversees execution of new and effective treatment modalities into programming for every level of care. She is a firm believer in the person-centered approach to behavioral health treatment and ensures opportunities for client empowerment are woven into all clients’ experience.
