About This Event

We are living in stressful times, and emotional burnout is a common symptom of living with this kind of chronic stress. It can look a lot like depression, which affects our motivation and ability to take concrete wellness steps toward improving our quality of life. One fun and fulfilling way of reducing stress and cultivating a mindfulness practice along with a more positive perspective is through gratitude journaling.

Join Sharon Itkoff Nacache (The Art Therapy Practice) as well as Kendall Svanda (Mountainside) and for an introduction into the Open Art Studio method of Art Therapy, where we begin a practice of gratitude journaling together, using both creative writing and drawing as our guide.
