This gentle beginner yoga class introduces you to basic yoga postures with attention to the breath. Regularly practicing yoga can improve sleep, increase flexibility, decrease stress, promote cardiovascular health and as well as provide overall well being.

Sometimes diving right into a studio class can be intimidating. Our small group settings offer a space for you to take the first step in your yoga journey with other like-minded and supportive beginner yogis.

Mats and props will be provided; please wear comfortable clothing! Namaste and hope you will join us!
