Come explore Mountainside Chelsea and participate in our weekly event, Recovery To Discovery.

About this Event

Each Wednesday night join us for a peer-to-peer support group with guest speakers sharing their experiences on a broad array of inspiring and engaging topics.

On this week’s schedule: An Attitude of Gratitude

Feeling like we deserve much more or much better than what we’re getting is one of the hallmarks of active addiction. Focusing on what’s missing in our lives can leave us feeling like life owes us and isn’t paying up, and that feeling can lead to many unhealthy behaviors, including using.

In tonight’s group, we’ll be talking about how in recovery, an attitude of gratitude and a focus on all the good things sober life can, and has, provided for us can really put our heads and our hearts in a happy, healthy place.

Date: 04/08

Time: 7:00 – 8:30PM

Support Groups

It is often said that the opposite of addiction is not sobriety, but connection. Having a strong support system is paramount to your sobriety and recovery journey. At Mountainside, we offer a wide range of in-person and virtual support groups for individuals in recovery and friends and families with loved ones in recovery. These groups are designed to help you stay connected to like-minded individuals regardless of where you are.
