About This Event
Being a therapist or coach can be lonely! Having other practitioners to connect with and draw upon for support is critical for the long-term health of your practice!
Plus, it’s your therapist and coach friends who give you the best referrals, right?
Come to our in-person networking event and meet other therapists and coaches and learn from Dr. Amanda Crowell, a cognitive psychologist who works with coaches and therapists to help them get more clients, and make more money.
This month’s event is once again hosted by Mountainside Treatment Center at their GORGEOUS event space in Chelsea!
DATE: Wed, March 18, 2020
TIME: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM EDT
COST: $10- $20
This month we are going back to basics: “Whether you believe you can or believe you can’t, you’re right.” (Henry Ford). Many of the therapists and coaches I meet consider themselves to be accidental entrepreneurs at best, thrown into running a business almost against their will. Here’s something I hear every day: “I don’t think of my practice as a business. I don’t want to do sales and marketing, I don’t want to write copy or run campaigns, I just want to HELP people.”
At this TCCH we will discuss how you can combine the best of your heart-centered, non-businessey nature with the most authentic and honest parts of the entrepreneurial mindset. Doing this will allow you to grow into the belief that you can succeed at this, even the parts that feel foreign to you right now. And that will make all the difference
10:00-10:30 Guided networking
10:30-11:15 Mini-Lesson on How to believe that you can have a successful practice
11:15-11:30 Scheduling the next connection*
*The Next Connection: How many times have you gone to a networking event, met someone awesome, and walked away never to see that person again? We end our networking events by making an appointment to follow up with at least one person in the room. It’s the start of something beautiful.
NOTE: The event sells out at 25 people, so please plan to purchase your ticket early.
