Take time out of your busy schedule to re-energize, balance, and de-stress your life! Our experienced Wellness Team will be coming to New York City for the day. Come reconnect with fellow alumni, as well as staff Sheree, Sophia, Leandro, AJ, Thuan, and more!
What to bring:
- If you have a yoga mat please bring it
- We will provide mats to those who don’t have them
- Feel free to bring extra snacks and beverages
How should you dress?
- Dress comfy, gym attire is appropriate, be comfortable
What will you eat?
- Afternoon Group (2:00pm-7:00pm) – Please eat lunch before arriving, we will provide coffee and snacks before and at break times, At the end of the day, we will provide a nutritious, healthy light dinner.
