What to bring:

  • If you have a yoga mat please bring it
  • We will provide mats to those who don’t have them
  • Feel free to bring extra snacks and beverages

How should you dress?

  • Dress comfy, gym attire is appropriate, be comfortable

What will you eat?

  • Morning Group (8:30am-1:30 pm) You will enjoy a nutritious continental breakfast, coffee, tea, and snacks during break times.
