Mountainside Awarded Three-Year CARF Accreditation

Canaan, CT—Mountainside has been accredited for a period of three years by CARF International for its outstanding addiction treatment programs and services. This accreditation reflects Mountainside’s long history of excellence and accordance with the highest levels of international quality standards.

In order to receive a Three-Year Accreditation, Mountainside underwent a rigorous peer review process, demonstrating to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality.

The CARF accreditation extends to the following programs:

  • Detoxification: Integrated: AOD / MH (Adults)
  • Detoxification: Opioid Treatment Program (Adults)
  • Intensive Outpatient Treatment: Integrated: AOD / MH (Adults)
  • Residential Treatment: Integrated: AOD / MH (Adults)
