About This Event
First responders and healthcare workers devote their lives to keeping our communities safe — a very important, but at times very difficult, line of work. Over time, exposure to stress, chaos, and traumatic experiences can take a toll on their mental and physical health. These experiences can result in, but are not limited to: difficulty sleeping, anxiety, irritability, and isolation. As helpers, first responders and healthcare workers often struggle to ask for help. To aid those who put their lives on the line every day, Mountainside is offering a virtual safe space for these heroes to gather, share experiences, and receive support.
This service is free and open to all first responders and healthcare workers, who are working tirelessly to help our community through the COVID-19 public health crisis.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED EFFORTS!
