Boris Ingberg

Boris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a certificate in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. He is currently pursuing his Master of Public Administration degree at the Wagner School of Public Service at NYU and teaching at the NYU School of Social Work. Boris has over fifteen years of experience in mental health and substance misuse treatment. Prior to joining Mountainside, he worked at a private practice, where he specialized in supporting older adults, couples, and those affected by physical health issues. He has also delivered comprehensive care in a hospital setting, where he helped establish a clinical supervision program for social work staff. Most recently, Boris was a clinical supervisor and a manager for the THRIVE NYC program, where he supervised a team of clinicians delivering behavioral health services throughout New York City. At Mountainside, he oversees clinical efforts, develops holistic programming, and supports and empowers his team to deliver the best possible care to their clients. In his free time, Boris enjoys sightseeing around the city with his family.
