Brittany Stancavage, LMSW
Brittany is a Licensed Master Social Worker who has an extensive history working with clients in outpatient, crisis, and in-home levels of care. As a clinician at Mountainside, Brittany uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help her clients recognize negative thought patterns as well as the role their feelings and behaviors play when it comes to relapse prevention. In her group and individual therapy sessions, Brittany’s strengths-based approach also incorporates Motivational Interviewing to increase clients’ readiness to make changes in their recovery. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her dog, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
