Catherine Nagle, LPC
Catherine is a Licensed Professional Counselor who holds a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling. She has a decade of experience working in the behavioral health field and specializes in treating adolescents with mental health, mood, and attachment disorders. In her clinical sessions at Mountainside, Catherine uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help her clients address and cope with emotional challenges. Her person-centered, strengths-based approach encourages clients to build sober skills in recovery and practice healthy communication with others. In her free time, Catherine enjoys knitting, playing roller derby, and spending time with her family – both people and pets.
