Cynthia Chouinard

Cynthia is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing and over 15 years of clinical experience working in mental health and addiction treatment. At Mountainside, she supports clients during their addiction recovery, working with them to manage their symptoms through focused pharmacology, as well as collaborating with them to create personalized wellness plans in support of their physical and mental health needs. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and spoiling her dogs.
