Emily has a Master of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in mental health and residential addiction treatment settings. Emily is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and certified in Adolescent Community Reinforcement. In her current role, she uses a client-centered approach to help individuals recognize and build upon their strengths to develop achievable goals for a lasting recovery. With a certificate in pastoral ministry, Emily encourages clients to dig deeper within themselves, leveraging spiritual practices to support their healing. Emily also helps families dealing with addiction to learn healthy communication techniques for re-establishing positive relationships in recovery. In her free time, she enjoys reading, taking hikes and swims with her family, and doing yoga.
