Emily is a licensed social worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University. She has experience working with a wide range of clients, from at risk youth to adults struggling with co-occurring disorders such as substance abuse, mood disorders, psychosis, anxiety, and depression. Emily is trained in dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. As a clinician at Mountainside, she utilized a trauma-informed approach to treatment to help clients realize their strengths and overcome their addictions. In her spare time, Emily enjoys reading, going to concerts, and being with her dog.
