Jennifer is an experienced yoga instructor who is passionate about utilizing wellness therapies to help individuals struggling with trauma and addiction. As a Wellness Coordinator at Mountainside, she leads yoga classes to help clients better manage anxiety and stress, teaches clients about the importance of self-love, and facilitates camping trips designed to foster self-reflection and personal growth. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature, doing yoga, seeing live music, and being with her dog and bunny.
