Clinical Supervisor, Residential Services
Lisa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work. She has experience and skill in providing crisis and direct therapy to clients with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders, such as bi-polar, depression, and anxiety. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapy, Gestalt, and Mindfulness, Lisa believes a client-centered approach is the key to perpetual change. As Clinical Supervisor of our Residential program, she oversees weekend clinical programming and works interdepartmentally to ensure clients receive a holistic course of therapies to support their individual needs. In her role, she continuously assesses the efficacy of treatments and measures outcomes to help improve not only clients’ progress but also Residential programming. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys running, podcasts, painting, and gardening.
