Director of Residential Services
Lisa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker skilled in providing crisis and direct therapy to clients with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues, such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy, Lisa believes a client-centered approach is the key to perpetual change. As Director of Residential Services, she oversees programming and works interdepartmentally to ensure clients receive a holistic course of therapies to support their individual needs. In her role, she continuously assesses the efficacy of treatments and measures outcomes to help improve not only clients’ progress but also Residential programming. Outside of work, Lisa is a Europhile who enjoys running, listening to podcasts and music, gardening, and spending time with her family and dog.
