Lisa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker skilled in providing crisis and direct therapy to clients with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues, such as bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and mindfulness, Lisa believes a client-centered approach is the key to perpetual change. As Senior Clinical Supervisor of our Residential program, she oversees weekend clinical programming and works interdepartmentally to ensure clients receive a holistic course of therapies to support their individual needs. In her role, she continuously assesses the efficacy of treatments and measures outcomes to help improve not only clients’ progress but also Residential programming. Outside of work, Lisa is an Anglophile who enjoys running, listening to podcasts and music, gardening, and spending time with her dog.
