Megan Lutz, CYT
Megan is a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer and holds her bachelor’s degree in modern dance. At Mountainside, she draws from her yoga and dance background to help individuals struggling with addiction achieve physical and mental balance, let go of negative emotions, and engage their senses. Megan also leads group sessions on mindfulness and life-force energy that inspire clients to live in the present, practice positive affirmations, and cultivate overall well-being. In her leisure time, Megan enjoys hiking with her dogs and savoring nutritious, home-cooked meals.
