Program Overview

Mountainside’s Family Recovery Coaching program is available in-person at Mountainside treatment center locations or via telehealth. The program consists of four key components:

Comprehensive Wellness Plan

Shifting the focus back to you is vital to healing. Partnering with your recovery coach, you formulate a comprehensive wellness plan designed around your overall well-being and recovery goals. Together, you integrate self-care into your daily life and tackle important issues such as codependency, enabling behaviors, and boundaries. Throughout your treatment, your coach works closely with our expert clinical team to track your progress and make adjustments to the plan when necessary.

Connected Care Network

When you live in a constant state of emergency, it is easy to forget about your basic needs. Our Family Recovery Coaching program makes it easier for you to start taking care of your holistic health by connecting you with any additional service providers you may need, including clinical, medical, psychiatric, wellness, and legal services. All of our referrals are carefully vetted to ensure that you receive quality care and support in all critical areas of your life.

Weekly Meetings

Rebuilding your life takes time and commitment. Through in-depth face-to-face, phone, and video sessions, you take the goals established in your wellness plan and break them down into concrete action items. Setting weekly objectives and identifying the steps needed to accomplish them allows you to keep better track of your priorities and ensures that you continue to make progress.

Daily Check-Ins

Life is full of surprises – both positive and negative. By maintaining constant communication through text and calls, your coach provides you support and guidance to address in real-time any unexpected challenges that pop up. Always by your side, your coach is also there when you want to celebrate an accomplishment, no matter how big or small. Daily check-ins also help keep you accountable and focused on your wellness plan.
