Brittney Salerno

Brittney is a Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s in arts from Hofstra University. During her education, she studied criminology as well as psychology and is experienced with families, couples, and individuals from ages 4+. Brittney practices within a CBT framework and uses Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, and positive psychology during sessions. Brittney helps clients identify and reframe their negative beliefs and thought patterns to provide them with increased positive light in their lives. Brittney also works with clients on self-care and mindfulness to create a purpose, meaning, and an increase in self-esteem. Brittney enjoys hiking, swimming, dancing, and spending time with all her animals as well as traveling to the beach or the mountains.
