Debra Forman

Debra brings vast experience to Mountainside having worked with organizations and families facilitating treatment pathways for addiction and co-occurring disorders. Prior to Mountainside, Debra worked as a program director and recovery coach for a sober living facility and business development for an outpatient facility treating adolescents and young adults. As part of the business development team, Debra is dedicated to building trusting relationships and connecting clinical and behavioral health professionals and families to seek thoughtful care and consideration for treatment opportunities with compassion and empathy. In her leisure time, she enjoys interior design, needlepointing, spending time with cuddly animals, and time with family and friends.
