Kevin is a Mental Health Counselor with a master’s in arts from Niagara University. Prior to becoming a mental health counselor, Kevin was in law enforcement and spent 6 years serving as a NYC police officer. Kevin has a trauma-informed approach specializing in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, somatic-based trauma interventions, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing within the framework of Interpersonal Neurobiology and attachment theory. Using a person-centered holistic approach, Kevin helps each client identify their current beliefs to guide them toward a better understanding of themselves, and their relationships, and aims to help them find connection, meaning, and purpose in their lives. Kevin enjoys taking his dog on hikes, and doing outdoor activities that include mountain biking, skiing, surfing, and rucking, and is a proud member of his local CrossFit affiliate and community.
