Skylar Arnold

Skylar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Skylar is a Licensed Certified Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts and in prior roles has worked with adolescents, families, and adults from a broad range of backgrounds. In our Detox Program, Skylar works collaboratively with the medical team to develop individualized treatment plans and assist clients with minimizing withdrawal symptoms and early recovery barriers. Skylar is committed to helping clients feel safe and supported by utilizing modalities such as empathetic listening, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy. In her free time, Skylar enjoys spending time with her family and various pets, as well as reading and doing puzzles.
