What to Pack for Your Treatment Stay

We want you to feel fully prepared to participate in our complete range of addiction treatment offerings, which includes indoor and outdoor activities. Below is a list of items we recommend clients bring for their treatment stay at Mountainside.

Packing List

  • Comfortable clothing – Bring at least a week’s worth of clothing, which can be washed as needed.  Items are available for purchase on campus in case you forget something.
  • Workout clothing – Mountainside offers indoor and outdoor activities, please pack for both environments. Bring yoga clothes if possible.
  • Comfortable boots or shoes for hiking – Nature can be healing, and you’ll have the opportunity to hike beautiful trails on our campus in the foothills of the Berkshires.
  • Weather-appropriate outerwear
  • ID card
  • Health insurance card
  • List of prescription medication (if needed)
  • Preferred toiletries
