How to Ask for Help When You Relapse

When you start to get overwhelmed with stress, your cravings come back, and you start to feel defeated, know that setbacks are normal and you can overcome them.

Mountainside Recovery Resources

Peer support group meetings provide you a safe space to share your feelings, emotions, setbacks, and successes. Attending meetings can also help you gain additional perspectives on challenges you may face and advice on how to overcome them.
