Daniel Leventhal

Daniel is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lynn University. In his role as a Continuing Care Case Manager at Mountainside, Daniel draws on his experience with substance use disorders as well as co-occurring disorders such as anxiety and depression to guide his clients through the aftercare planning process. Daniel works closely with the client’s entire treatment team, family, and outside support to help create a comprehensive aftercare plan for each client’s individualized needs. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys attending concerts, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
