Ghosia is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Psychology and Human Relations. She utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy techniques with her clients and encourages them to recognize their values and strengths, cultivate greater self-awareness, and develop interpersonal and emotion regulation skills. Ghosia has experience working collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams in psychiatric and detox units and treating a wide range of social and behavioral health conditions including substance use, violence, child abuse and neglect, and developmental disabilities. In her spare time, Ghosia enjoys cooking, writing poetry, and spending time with her family.
