Rick Lepkowski

Rick is a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach, a Certified Peer Recovery Advocate, and a Nationally Certified Family Recovery Coach. At Mountainside, he works with individuals and families to develop strategies that promote overall well-being while reducing stress, fear, and other challenges in recovery. Utilizing his own experience in a family impacted by alcoholism and in long-term recovery, Rick helps his clients develop action plans that support their healing process. His experience as a former healthcare executive has given him additional knowledge of the treatment industry, allowing him to effectively anticipate and advocate for his clients’ needs. Outside of work, Rick enjoys practicing transcendental meditation and spending time with his wife, Lydia, and his adult sons, Jack and Cal.
