Sara Levine

Sara is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Substance Use Disorders. She has been working at Mountainside for nearly a decade and has experience working with clients and families through all phases of treatment and recovery. Sara uses a collaborative, trauma-informed approach to provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Sara conducts comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments, as well as participating in care coordination, treatment planning, and education for clients and their families. Outside of work, Sara enjoys hiking, live music, travel, good food, and spending time with her family.
