Sarah Aresti

Sarah brings her extensive professional teaching experience to her position as Continuing Care Case Manager at Mountainside. She is passionate about providing safety, compassion, and individualized care for those she works with. Sarah has experience working in the addiction and mental health field with individuals who are in early recovery and who have co-occurring disorders. She believes in working closely with clinicians and other team members to ensure clients are set up with a thought-out and comprehensive aftercare plan as they continue their journey of healing and recovery. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys working with horses, exercising, and spending time with friends and family.
