Wyatt Offit

Wyatt is a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (Trainee) and holds a master’s in social work. Throughout his career, Wyatt has worked in a range of clinical roles across detox, residential rehabilitation, and intensive outpatient levels of care with adolescents and adults. At Mountainside, Wyatt uses motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy modalities to help facilitate motivation and change in clients with substance use disorders. Wyatt prides himself on his compassionate approach to caring for individuals through active listening, empathetic response, and collaboration with the client. In his spare time, Wyatt can be found at the roller hockey rink playing in the NYC men’s league, making music at home, and cheering on the New York Rangers.
