Options for Care:
As you move through the various stages of recovery, you transition between the three options available for outpatient addiction treatment and care: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Outpatient Program (OP), and Individual Therapy (IT).
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Six-week intensive program for those in the early stages of recovery who need help sustaining sobriety. Focuses on managing withdrawal symptoms, recognizing triggers, and gaining a better understanding of addiction.
Outpatient Program (OP)
Ten-week program for those who need help repairing the damage caused by addiction. Focuses on rebuilding trust, developing healthy relationships, and establishing a sober network.
Individual Therapy (IT)
Ongoing program for individuals in long-term sobriety who experience a sudden crisis such as a divorce or loss of a loved one. Focuses on unique recovery issues and development of a more positive outlook on life.

One-on-one sessions with a clinician to help you process thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to gain a clearer understanding of your inner-self and develop and strive towards personalized treatment goals.
Daily clinician-facilitated therapy session that enables you to openly express yourself and explore issues among others who understand what you are going through.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Therapeutic process of stimulating the brain through lateral eye movements to help you process traumatic life events and let go of emotional distress.
Curriculum designed to explain how alcoholism or drug addiction has impacted your life and what to be mindful of in the recovery process.
Medical & Psychiatric
Session to determine your mental health needs, including checking for the presence of co-occurring disorders such as anxiety or depression.
Review of all medications to help manage health issues while avoiding drug interactions or complications that hinder recovery.
Breathalyzer tests and urine analysis to check for the presence of drugs or alcohol in your body, and help you stay accountable in recovery.
Individual Family Counseling
One-on-one session to help you understand and analyze your current family dynamics, discusses the negative impact that damaged relationships can have on your progress, and explore the best ways to repair them.
Joint family therapy session to open the lines of communication between you and your loved ones, allowing you and your family to devise a plan together for a healthier relationship moving forward.
