About This Support Group

*The first Ladies Who Lunch support group meeting will be held on Wednesday June 5th, 12-1 pm. 

Looking for a vibrant, supportive community of sober women? Ladies Who Lunch explores the unique challenges women face in sobriety, from navigating social gatherings sober to building a routine that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit. Led by our experienced facilitators, join a warm and welcoming environment for all women to share their challenges and successes with a supportive network of peers on a similar journey.

Topics of discussion include:

  • Balancing work, family, relationships, and your own needs
  • Prioritizing self-care
  • Navigating parties or social gatherings without substances
  • Dating in early sobriety
  • Overcoming setbacks and challenges
  • Developing essential skills for managing daily stressors

This in-person support group is free and open to all women, no matter what stage of recovery you are in. Come to Mountainside Wilton and discover a friendly recovery community focused on wellness and mindful living!

 

Registration is encouraged but not mandatory. Register to attend via Eventbrite.
