Lakeesha holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Prior to joining Mountainside, she held a management role at a hospital and a medical school. Lakeesha has extensive experience in broad human resources functions, specializing in employment law and employee engagement. As our Vice President of Human Resources, she has been instrumental in realigning department practices to be more efficient, modern, and client-focused.

Alexandra Helfer, Chief Clinical Officer

Alexandra is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and an Advanced Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor. She holds a Master of Science in Counselor Education, with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Alexandra has 13 years of experience in the substance abuse field in both a clinical and administrative capacity. As Chief Clinical Officer at Mountainside she is charged with creating a true integrative health and evidence-based model of treatment.
